What’s inside?
A soft and fragrant dough, without glaze or external coatings, hiding a surprising heart of IGP Modica Chocolate with lemon, nepitella, and semi-candied lemon with reduced sugar content. A unique balance between the citrus freshness of lemon, the depth of chocolate, and the balsamic notes of this Mediterranean aromatic herb.
What’s on top?
Nothing. No glaze or coating: only the naturally golden surface of the panettone, designed to enhance the aromas and fragrance of the dough.

We ship with a refrigerated courier, with no risk at all. Once the kit arrives at your home, if you do not want to consume it immediately, store the ricotta in the refrigerator for up to 6 days and keep the cannoli in any dry place.
Orders containing ricotta received by Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
The refrigerated courier takes between 4 and 10 days for delivery.
The dry courier takes about 3 business days.
From the order date, it takes approximately 3–4 days to prepare the order before it is shipped, and another 3–4 days for delivery to your home. We cannot guarantee delivery on specific fixed dates.
