To ensure that our gelato and desserts always arrive fresh and in perfect condition, we use refrigerated couriers.
There’s no risk at all: your sweets will arrive in perfect shape, ready to be enjoyed! If you’re ordering from abroad, we’ll send you our cannoli kit without ricotta, which will be replaced by our chocolate cremosa or pistachio cremosa, at your choice. Once you receive your order, if you don’t want to consume it immediately, store the ricotta in the refrigerator for up to 6 days and keep the cannoli in a dry place, ready to be enjoyed whenever you like.

Please note: The preparation takes about 3-4 working days because we produce each product made-to-order with the utmost artisanal care. Delivery takes another 3-4 days, so we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we are confident that the wait will be well worth it thanks to the freshness and quality of our products!
