Terms and Conditions of the Don Peppinu Club Program

2. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in the Don Peppinu Club Enrollment is free and automatic upon creating an account on the website www.donpeppinuclub.it and through the mobile app. By joining, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

3. Program Operation

The program is based on a structure of levels:

Every euro spent on the website contributes to accumulating yourpurchase history.

4. Validity and Duration

The levels reached have no time limitation.

5. Limitations

The program is valid only for purchases made through official Flamingo channels.
It cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless expressly stated.
The discounts obtained are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.

6. Modifications to the Program

Flamingo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, with proper notification to registered users.

7. Processing of Personal Data

Joining the program entails the processing of the customer’s personal data, in accordance with current regulations and the company’s privacy policy.

8. Competent court

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute concerning their application, execution, or interpretation, the Court of Ragusa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Online Dispute Resolution

Alternatively to judicial proceedings, the consumer may submit a complaint through the Online Dispute Resolution Platform (European ODR Platform) (Art. 14, para. 1 of EU Regulation 524/2013). For more information or to submit a complaint and initiate alternative dispute resolution procedures related to this contract, the following link may be used: /ec.europa.eu/odr. The email address of the Data Controller to be provided to the Platform is the certified email (PEC) flamingo1960@pec.it.

During the year 2020, our company received grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions, or aid, either in cash or in kind, provided by public administrations and by the entities referred to in Article 2-bis of Legislative Decree No. 33 of 2013, as published on the RNA – National State Aid Register – transparency section: www.rna.gov.it.
